Antavo’s Reporting Dashboard helps create graphically visualized statistics on the homepage of your Backoffice. The built-in editors assist in setting up scorecards and charts and define the statistical data that you would like to visualize on the Dashboard. The Dashboard is displayed right after logging into the Antavo Backoffice and you can navigate back anytime by clicking the first icon on the top of the main sidebar.

Use categories to group your coherent charts and cards. Category tabs appear on the left side of the Dashboard so that you can easily navigate and switch views.

Configuring charts

Charts are designed to give you an insight into how your metrics are changing in time, for example, the number of points earned/redeemed, number of reward redemptions, number of loyalty members (by country, by gender), challenge completions, number of customers on different levels, number of shares.

  • Add the title of the chart
    It will appear on the top of the chart on the Dashboard.

  • Add a short description

  • Select an existing category or create a new one by typing a category name into the field
    Categories are added to the Dashboard as separate tabs or pages where cards and charts are displayed.

  • Select the type of chart that you want to create
    You can create a line, an area, a bar, or a pie chart.

  • Enable ‘Stack’ to display data subsets on top of each other in case you’re creating a bar chart.
    By default, the data subsets are added next to each other.

  • Select the timeframe of the data displayed

  • Turn on the date picker to update the timeframe right on the Dashboard

  • Select a time resolution
    The time resolution defines the granularity of the data visualized on the chart.

  • Set the width of the chart
    You can choose to display the chart in full, quarter, half, one-sixth of the page.

  • Choose between vertical or horizontal visualization of the data online, area, and bar charts
    Direction setting is not available for pie charts.

Don’t forget to save your chart by clicking on the ‘Save’ button before closing the page.

Configuring scorecards

A scorecard shows one single number, an important benchmark in your loyalty program that you would like to track, such as the average basket value on each level, the total number of points earned/spent, the total number of loyalty members (by gender, by age), average point earn on a daily or monthly basis.

  • Define the data that you’d like to display on the cart by selecting a data type from the dropdown menu

  • Select a grouping method
    If applicable, you can select a specific data subset that should be calculated on the scorecard

  • Select the group(s) you would like to display
    This is where you can restrict the metric calculation to certain values of the data subset.
    eg. display the number of Facebook shares on the card only

  • Choose the calculation method (average or summary)

Don’t forget to save your scorecard by clicking on the ‘Save’ button before closing the page.

Editing items

As already discussed before, you can always modify your Dashboard items.

  • Click on the gear icon on the top right-hand side of your chart or card

  • Click the ‘Edit’ option

  • Change the settings and click the ‘Save’ button

Cloning items

When you would like to create a chart or a scorecard that is similar to an item you already have on the Dashboard, you don’t have to start the setup process from scratch, but you can easily make the necessary modifications using the editor.

  • Click on the gear icon on the top right-hand side of your chart or card

  • Click the ‘Clone’ option

Removing items

If you don’t need a chart or a scorecard anymore, you can remove it from the editor. Please note, that this is an irreversible action, you won’t be able to restore the element that you remove.

  • Click on the gear icon on the top right-hand side of your chart or card

  • Click the ‘Remove’ option

Ordering items

By simply dragging and dropping items, you can rearrange the order of charts and cards on the subpages of the Dashboard.

Exporting chart data

You can export the data that is displayed on the charts by clicking the ‘Download’ button at the top of the chart. The data will be downloaded to your computer as an .xls file.
