Adding exceptions makes it possible to define a new set of Burn Rules for specific customer groups, also known as, segments. Click the ‘Add new restriction’ button, select the segment(s) and add the exchange rates.

There could be a scenario when some segments might overlap among the rules that you want to apply. This can be further sophisticated in Restrictions #1, #2, etc. Provide here the segments and their priority by using the ‘Priority’ field, specifying how high the given exception should be ranked (settings with ‘1' priority will override settings with '2’ priority).
