The Custom fieldssection lists the data that needs to be sent to Bloomreach. The Loyalty fields is a dropdown menu where Antavo data can be selected and the Remote fields section enables any desired field name convention so these fields will be automatically created in Bloomreach.

In the case of all other newsletter provider integrations, the External Events tab allows you to pair the NLP’s external event list with specified (Antavo) customer actions that should activate them. These events are derived from the events accessible within the NLP account.
