Introduction

Nothing beats the power of speaking to customers in their own language. That’s why we built our Multilanguage module, to allow our clients to communicate differently for each of their regional markets without having to manage separate loyalty programs. Our translation tool lets you translate and customize any texts that appear in your loyalty program.

The Multi-language module allows you to translate all the copies related to loyalty program functionalities so that you can display them on the membership site according to customers' language preferences.

Please contact the Antavo Service Desk if you need a new language to be added to your loyalty program. Once the languages are language is set, you can begin translating texts freely on the loyalty platform. When translating your loyalty program, make sure your texts fit into your designin the Backoffice.

You In case you use Antavo’s iframe solution to display the membership site on your website, you can use the ‘Translate’ Translations tab of the ‘Settings’ Settings page to translate your texts to all available languages in your loyalty program. (Need a new language? Please contact your implementation consultant if you need to add new languages to your program. )

Translate module-related text

In addition to default texts on the membership site, you can add texts when setting up modules (titles, descriptions, terms and conditions, etc.)

When the Multilanguage module is enabled, a ‘Translate’ button Use the ‘Translate’ button that appears next to every text field . Just click on the button and to enter your translations in the pop-up that appears.

All translations that you add will be included in the response that the dedicated API endpoint provides.

Currently, the ‘Translate’ buttons are only available in the Rewards module. This function will be added to additional modules soon. Until then, module-related texts will appear as keys on the Translate page. To make changes, please refer to the ‘Translate the Membership site’ section of this article.following modules:
