Antavo’s approval mechanism helps to identify if settings and customer data have been modified righteously before the changes are live. Besides Backoffice administrators, users who have the have right to update Roles can grant approval rights to other users by adding the ‘Content Approval’ approval' permissions to the Permission Mask.Currently, the approval mechanism can be enabled for the Rewards module and manually registered customer-related events only, but soon we’ll extend the feature to further modules as well.
