Please note, that the reward claim notification is not available for new implementations and it is being deprecated. Please use the Trigger Marketing Message workflow action to communicate with your customers.
The reward claim email is sent to your customers after they’ve spent their points to claim a reward, or a workflow has assigned a coupon to their account if you have enabled notifications in the reward editor.
Follow these steps to customize the reward claim email:
Navigate to the ‘Settings’ page of the Backoffice
Click ‘Emails’ on the left side of the page
Search for the ‘Reward is claimed’ email in the email list
Click the hamburger button and select the ‘Edit’ option
Edit all the texts using our WYSIWYG editor by clicking on the content of the email
Use our built-in HTML and CSS editor for further customization
Send yourself a test email to see how the email will look from a program member’s perspective. To do so, click the hamburger button on the ‘Emails’ page and click the ‘Test send’ option.
