The Multi-language module allows customers to communicate differently for each of their regional markets without having to manage separate loyalty. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to specify the languages you need in your loyalty program. Once the languages are set, you can begin translating texts.

Translate the membership site

In case you use Antavo’s iframe solution to display the membership site in your website, you can use the Translations tab of the Settings page to translate texts to all available languages in your loyalty program.

Translate module-related text

Use the ‘Translate’ button that appears next to every text field to enter your translations in the pop-up that appears.

Currently, the ‘Translate’ buttons are only available in the following modules:

  • Challenges

  • Charts

  • Customer insights

  • Custom attributes

  • Custom entities

  • Custom events

  • Dashboard

  • Exports

  • Frequently Asked Questions

  • Levels

  • Offers
