This page is available in Antavo-built membership sites that is provided with the implementation of an iframe. This feature is not relevant to you in case you use our API endpoints to build the membership site on your end.

After customers redeem rewards on the Spend points page of the membership site, they are redirected to the default Thank you page that provides further information about how they can retrieve their rewards.

To edit this page:

  • Navigate to the ‘Settings’ page of the Backoffice

  • Click ‘Design’ on the left side of the page

  • Search for the ‘thank-you’ page in the Factory page list

  • Click ‘Edit’

However, if you want your customer to be redirected to a page with different messaging than the default (for example, a page that includes participation information specific to a particular VIP event or workshop), you can add as many custom thank you pages as you wish. Custom thank you pages can be used to define the thank you page of individual rewards or reward categories. We use the following priority when displaying the thank you page for the customer:

  1. Reward thank you page

  2. Reward category thank you page

  3. Default thank you page

This is how to create a new custom thank you page:

  • Navigate to the ‘Settings’ page of the Backoffice

  • Click ‘Design’ on the left side of the page

  • Click the ‘Create’ button on the top right side of the page

  • Name the page and click ‘Create’

  • Use the Design editor to customize the page

As soon as the custom page has been created, you will be able to find it as a selectable thank you page in the dropdown list under the Thank you page section of the Reward editor, the Reward Category editor, and in the Custom pages list on the Design page, where you can edit it anytime.

Please note that your changes will go live immediately after clicking the ‘Save’ button in the editor.
