The imlementation of the reward claim notifications in your loyalty program requires preliminarly Antavo-side configuration. Please reach out to the Antavo Service Desk for further information.

The reward claim email is sent to your customers after they’ve spent their points to claim a reward, or a workflow has assigned a coupon to their account if you have enabled notifications in the reward editor.

Follow these steps to customize the reward claim email:

  • Navigate to the ‘Settings’ page of the Backoffice

  • Click ‘Emails’ on the left side of the page

  • Search for the ‘Reward is claimed’ email in the email list

  • Click the hamburger button and select the ‘Edit’ option

  • Edit all the texts using our WYSIWYG editor by clicking on the content of the email

  • Use our built-in HTML and CSS editor for further customization

Send yourself a test email to see how the email will look from a program member’s perspective. To do so, click the hamburger button on the ‘Emails’ page and click the ‘Test send’ option.
