The Gamified reviews module helps to encourage customers to write product reviews - an essential part of building trust and loyalty among shoppers. Customer reviews help shoppers feel more confident in their buying decisions. Moreover, customer feedback also helps SEO performance, making the site more visible due to unique, “consumer-sourced” keywords.
Yotpo integration
Antavo’s incentivized review processes can be conducted through our Yotpo integration as well. This will automatically handle Yotpo reviews according to the point logic settings that are specified in the Gamified reviews module. If the Yotpo review engine is already present at the given store, the Yotpo account just needs to be connected to Antavo’s system.

Find the configuration page by navigating to the Modules menu and searching for ‘Gamified reviews' in the module list.

Set a global point value for each submitted reviewWeekly limit
Set a limit on the number of times the customer can receive points for reviewing a product on a weekly basis. If the customer submits more reviews, surpassing the limit during a particular week, the review events will still be saved, but no additional points will be awarded.
Add 0 value if you don’t want to set a limit.
Loyalty Card
Once the module is enabled, customers may learn about earning points for writing reviews on the membership site.
In the second section of the module configuration page, you can configure display settings that the Display API will provide when querying information about the point-earning options.

Accept reviews of purchased items only
You can decide to give points for reviews that are written by customers who actually purchased the item.
If this option is enabled, the customer’s transaction history gets checked when thereview_submit
event is sent and the event is rejected if the ID of the reviewed product cannot be found in the logs.Accepting multiple reviews per item with 0 point
If this option is enabled, thereview_submit
event of an item that has already been reviewed previously will be registered if the point value of the event is 0.
The default status of this checkbox is enabled. Uncheck this functionality, if you don’t want any review of an item that has been reviewed being registered, even if its point value is 0.
Keep in mind that multiple reviews per item greater with 0 points are never allowed regardless of this functionality being enabled or disabled.
Note, that if a review_submit
event is rejected, Antavo will not store any information about the review.
Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page to make your configuration changes effective.
