If this module is enabled, all customer fields are removed from the responses provided by the Events API ( /events and /events/bulk endpoint).
The purpose of this module is to have full control over what PII information gets exposed through the Events API.
The Events API configuration module does not have any configurable mechanism. Internal users can enable and disable it through the Modules page.
