Sailthru's customer engagement solution enables marketers to establish a more profound connection with their customers. This is achieved by providing personalized experiences that extend across various channels, including email, web, mobile, and SMS.

Antavo’s Sailthru integration allows you to synchronize the customer data between the two platforms.

Find the configuration page of the Sailthru integration by searching for it in the Modules (blue star) menu.

Configuring the Antavo – Sailthru connection

Obtaining the connection data from the Sailthru platform

The setup of this integration requires inserting the Sailthru API key and secret which can be obtained from the Sailthru platform, under API & Postbacks in the Settings page in My Sailthru. Click the lock icon to display these credentials.

Connecting Sailthru in Antavo

  • Go back to the Antavo Backoffice, and copy the same key to the Connect Sailthru section.

  • Click ‘Connect’.

Customer synchronization

Once the connection is set, selecting Sailthru from the list of integrations allows you to select the customer data to be synchronized from Antavo to Sailthru.

Click on 'Add new field (blue star)' to configure the field synchronization between the two systems.

  • The items in the left column’s dropdown called Loyalty fields display the fields that are found within Antavo.

  • Remote fields represent the equivalent fields in Sailthru.

  • Add more field mappings by adding new rows at the bottom.

  • Click ‘Save’.

After saving, data from Antavo will be sent to Sailthru to update contact data. The list of contact fields is obtained from your Sailthru account.

Once a field pairing is created, it can only be reset after first deleting it, by selecting the trashcan icon.
