The Social follow module helps to increase the number of your brand’s followers on social networks in a way that members receive an incentive to follow the brand on Twitter or connect their Facebook profiles with the loyalty program.

To enable this point-earning option, you need to make sure you have connected your Facebook app to your Antavo brand under the Social account module. The app will request access from customers on behalf of Antavo to their profile data.

To have customers follow your Twitter account directly from the membership site, you need to connect your Twitter app to your Antavo brand under the Social account module. The app will request authorization from customers on behalf of Antavo to add your account to the list of accounts they follow.

  • Set the number of points customers will receive when they follow you on Twitter

  • Enter the name of the Twitter account that you want the customers to follow

  • The Twitter user ID is filled automatically after you save your settings

  • Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page
