Klaviyo is a cloud-based email marketing and automation platform designed for eCommerce businesses. It allows brands to create targeted email campaigns, automate customer communication, and analyze customer data to improve their marketing efforts.
Klaviyo's built-in CDP allows businesses can integrate more marketing data for higher ROI: it collects and stores data on customer behavior, such as website activity, purchase history, email engagement, and social media interactions.
Klaviyo’s Antavo integration makes it possible to further enhance the customer experience and drive customer loyalty. By combining the data from both platforms, businesses can gain a deeper understanding of their customers' behavior and preferences, and create targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
Antavo supports customer and event data synchronization between the two systems - this is a one-way data synchronization only, from Antavo to Klaviyo.
This document details the process of configuring the connection between the two platforms, and briefly covers a use case that can be performed through the Workflow editor.
