Introduction

The Multi-language module allows customers to communicate differently for each of their regional markets without having to manage separate loyalty programs. This translation tool translates and customizes texts that appear in the loyalty program.

Please contact your Account manager to specify the languages you need in your loyalty program. Once the languages are set, you can begin translating texts freely on the loyalty platform. When translating the loyalty program, make sure the texts fit into the design.

Translate the Membership site

Use the ‘Translate’ tab of the ‘Settings’ page to translate texts to all available languages in your loyalty program. (In case the language you need is not available, contact your implementation consultant if you need to add new languages to your program.)

  • Use the filters and the search field to find the text that you want to translate

  • Click on the ‘Edit’ button of the text to translate

  • Use the translation field(s) to enter translated texts

  • Click the ‘Save’ button at the end of the page to save your changes

Translate module-related text

In addition to default texts on the membership site, it is possible add texts when setting up modules (titles, descriptions, terms and conditions, etc.)

When the Multilanguage module is enabled, a ‘Translate’ button appears next to every text field. Just click on the button and enter your translations in the pop-up that appears.

Currently, the ‘Translate’ buttons are only available in the following modules:

  • Custom Attributes

  • Custom Entities

  • Custom Events

  • Frequently Asked Questions

  • Offers

  • Offline Treasure Hunt

  • Online Treasure Hunt

  • Prize Wheels

  • Quizzes

  • Rewards

  • Strava

  • Tiers
