Antavo’s Product catalog provides an option to keep count of the products available in your store in the Antavo Backoffice. The main benefit of the module is that product-related events only require submission of the Product ID and Antavo will automatically expand and insert the corresponding product information into the event which reduces the size and complexity of an uploaded transaction-related event.

The product catalog information can be also directly used as loyalty benefits, added as physical rewards using the Rewards module and/or as product offers via the Offer Management module.

You can find the configuration page of the Product catalog module by opening the ‘Modules’ page and scrolling down to the ‘Core’ modules category. You will first find the list of products that you’ve already added with the following information:

  • ID of the product

  • Title of the product

  • Availability information (in stock/out of stock/pre-ordered)

  • Price
