As part of Antavo’s data protection efforts, automated methods have been implemented that periodically clear collections of data logs related to the activities of loyalty program members and Backoffice users.
In the table below you can find the retention time of the registered log entries.

A log entry is generated each time a workflow is executed. | 30 days | |
If a reward locking mechanism is enabled under Reward module settings, the log of reward locks keeps count of customers who have been forbidden from repeatedly claiming the same rewards within the configured time frame. | The retention time is configurable on the Backoffice. | |
Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud
| A log enty is generated after every synchronization call made to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud. | 30 days |
A log entry is generated after every customer data synchronization call made to Magento 2. | 30 days | |
A log entry is generated after every outbound webhook call triggered by Webhook message workflow nodes. | 90 days | |
Webhooks legacy | A log entry is generated after every outbound webhook call triggered based on the Webhooks module (legacy) settings or by Webhook message (legacy) workflow nodes. | 90 days |
The security log provides an insight to Backoffice users' login attempts and password reset requests. | Please contact the Antavo Service Desk to help you with configuration. | |
A log entry is generated when Backoffice user is temporarily banned for 10 minutes after 5 unsuccessful login attempts. | Entries are automatically removed when the ban expires after 10 minutes. |
