Active member events

There are many events in Antavo: some are customer driven, while others are system processes.
This article defines which submitted events are made by an ‘active’ member of the loyalty scheme and will be used in statistical analyses.

A difference must be made between customer’s active status and being an active member.

The status is indicated on the profile information on Customer Insights handled by the status attribute. The active status applies to those who are consenting members of the loyalty program.
Active member status (i.e., the number of active members) is the basis of billing.

Please find here the list of events registered by Backoffice users, sent to a customer through API, or by any other means that would result in the member status being 'active'.

Please note that in addition to the content of this table, the creation of any custom event will also mark the customer account as ‘active’.
