The Customer actions module collects the following information about customers' previously registered events.

the date of the first time when a specific event was registered in a customer’s event history
the date of the last time when a specific event was registered in a customer’s event history
the number of times a specific event was registered in a customer’s event history

The data is accessible through workflows by using the following variables:

The module does not have a configuration interface in the Backoffice. You can check if the module is enabled by opening the Modules menu and searching for the ‘Customer actions’ module in the list.
